Which card do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and international cards. If any of your customers are unable to make a payment please let us know and we will look into it right away.

What is PCI DSS and how does it affect me?
In short, PCI DSS is a set of regulations created by major payment card brands, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. This scheme requires organizations to comply with 12 general data security requirements that every merchant needs to follow. PCI DSS standards apply to all types of companies that ask for credit card information. The main goal of the compliance is to protect the privacy and security of sensitive card data by delivering recommendations on how to secure online business.
Will I receive a statement?
You will be able to download a full statement directly from your online account.
Do I need to be PCI Compliant?
To be PCI complaint there are 12 main PCI DSS requirements that merchants must meet. DatMan has the highest level of PCI compliance certificate hence we will be able to assist you becoming PCI complaint in no time.
What do I need to get started?
You will need to provide some basic documentation so that DatMan can set up your account and make sure we pay your money to you.
– Picture ID, your driving license or passport.
– Proof of your home address, A council tax bill, or a utility bill dated in the last three months
– Proof of your business bank account, a voided cheque, paying in slip or bank statement dated in the last 3 months.
– Photographs of the outside of your business, showing your company sign and a photograph of the inside of your business showing what you do.
In some cases, you may be asked for further documents to support your application
What are my monthly fees?
These are fees that are charged regardless of whether you process payments through your machine or not. These are charges such as the rental fees for the card machine and the fees for paper statements if requested.
How long does it take for the funds to be settled into my bank account?
You can access your funds typically 3 to 5 days after the transaction
What charges will you charge me?
For all the payments you processed through your website or card machine you will be charged for the fees which was agreed upon when you signed up with DatMan.

How will I be charged for the monthly fees?
Can I use a smartphone or tablet to process credit cards?

How do I handle a dispute?
A dispute happens when a customer contacts their bank and claim that the product or service was not delivered, to avoid this you should make sure that all deliveries are made within the agreed time and handle any complaints that your customers may have promptly. You can always contact our Customer Support for any questions you may have.
How do I refund a payment back to the customer?
For the online payments you can refund them directly from your online account.
For face to face payment (Through the card machine) you will need to enter the card into the card machine then enter your security pin then refund the desired amount.
What is chargeback?
A chargeback is a transaction reversal meant to serve as a form of consumer protection from fraudulent activity committed by either merchants or customers.
Whenever a cardholder reports a payment as fraudulent, the bank automatically withdraws the money from the Merchant’s bank account.The merchant will need to provide evidence that the payment was in fact legitimate.
